Here's what to expect with the Grief Recovery Method One-on-One support:

  • You’ll work directly, in a One-on-One format, in-person or online, with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, certified and trained by The Grief Recovery Institute.
  • The One-on-One format allows you more flexibility in selecting a meeting time that is convenient for you.
  • There are seven meetings that last roughly one hour each.
  • Your GRM Specialist will take you through each step of the Grief Recovery Method, utilizing the materials spelled out in “The Grief Recovery Handbook – 20th Anniversary Expanded Edition.”which you receive when you sign up for the course.
  • While you may come into this program with a specific loss in mind, your Specialist will lead you through the process of looking at all of the emotional losses that have touched you throughout your life, so that you can be focused on the one that has impacted you to the greatest degree.
  • Your GRM Specialist will provide a safe environment where you can share your honest feelings with absolute confidentiality.
  • The Grief Recovery Method is a scientifically tested, Evidence Based Program, providing grievers a tried and true method, developed and refined over 40+ years in multiple countries and languages, to help heal from loss(es).

Action is the next step to healing your broken heart.

This Class is non-refundable.  Because of the nature of our work and the amount of information we cover each week it is important to not miss more then 2 sessions. If you do then we will have to reschedule for a future class. Normally you can use the funds for the original class to cover the cost but this is at the facilitators discretion.
